I am a talented Learning & Development, Organisation Development and Change Management professional. I have a particular talent and passion for working with organisations to develop robust capability and leadership development frameworks, as well as facilitating related development workshops with excellence. I have also worked across numerous businesses to deliver organisational development and team development initiatives.

I have over eight years broad-based experience in Asia-Pacific across a diverse industry base. I  have held varied Learning & Development & HR Business Partner roles at Accenture, Procter & Gamble and Optus (Singtel subsidiary), as well as completing contract assignments in professional services, financial services and European MNC settings. I have been consistently recognised as having exceptional business credibility, and skills in developing productive and successful advisory relationships with clients – from senior management, through to front line supervisors and their staff.

My recent studies in the Masters in Organisational Learning – with a focus on Leadership Development and team development, are part of a relentless focus on learning and development – both a personal passion, and a core work talent.
